Armstrong's debut album "No Angel" was released in
June of 1999, but it wasn't until her song "Here With Me"
was used as the theme for TV's "Roswell" that she
started her climb to stardom. Her real fame came about when
rap artist Eminem sampled "Thank You" in his hit single
"Stan." "Thank You" had previously been
featured in the closing credits for the movie "Sliding
Doors," but found it's real audience a few years later. |
